If your student needs bus transportation and has not yet been registered for service, please follow the steps below:

1. To ensure your student has bus transportation, you must create an AlphaPortal account and then add your student by selecting “add new” on the student page and entering your student’s information. After this easy process, you have successfully submitted your transportation request! 
2. Download the AlphaPortal phone app. You can delete the “Here Comes the Bus” app and download the new and enhanced version of the AlphaPortal phone app in preparation for the school year! 

AlphaPortal brings you meaningful features, including: 

• Live Bus Tracking — Real-time bus location on an interactive map.
• Arrival Notifications — Automated alerts when buses are approaching designated stops.
• Bus Substitution Updates — Notifications when a substitute bus or driver is assigned. 
• Route Alerts — Real-time updates on delays, traffic conditions or route changes.
